Happy Hands Project Workshop Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Seat
- Your seat for the class is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment instructions will be sent via email and a confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment.
- In the case of unforeseen circumstances or in the event there is a poor response of participants, the class will be cancelled 5 days prior to the workshop date. Notification will be done via email and a replacement class will be offered to you.
Workshop Fee Refund
- If you are unable to attend, kindly notify Happy Hands Project at least 3 days before the workshop to transfer your seat to another individual.
- If a full refund is requested, an administrative fee of $20 will be charged.
- For no-shows, there will be no refunds will be made, but the kit will be available for pickup.
- There will be no refunds for latecomers and those who choose to leave the class earlier than scheduled.
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Happy Hands Project.
